Truck Hardware products are warrantied against defective materials or workmanship. If you received a defective product please contact us immediately.

Gatorback Mud Flaps

Gatorback Mud Flaps have a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the rubber (e.g. tear offs) for the lifetime of the product to the original owner. It does not cover regular wear and tear on brackets, plates, or mounting hardware.

Stainless Steel

Nearly all of the exterior trim products we sell are stainless steel. Without proper care, it is possible for stainless steel to develop stains or surface corrosion. Before a stainless steel product will be warrantied, the customer must attempt to polish the product. If it does not polish out then we will request photos be provided. 99% of the time any marks polish out. If the product comes back to us and we can clean it, then no credit will be issued.
